FO preconnectorized Distribution Box : Instructions for installation

As we all know the  fiber optic distribution PLC splitter boxes are used to connect the outdoor cable to indoor door cable. Quoau supply and manufactured many types of distribution box what are used to protect the fiber optic cables connect.
When you have a 8 cores blockless plc optic splitter box, how to install it effective?
Here are some instructure for your reference hope it is helpful to you.

Lock with special key and there are kit of fixing accessories included to be kept in the 8cores DP box.

Opening of the rotating tray using a phlips screwdriver. Pre installed the 1:8 PLC optic splitter, 8 pigtails premounts on SC/APC midcouplers.


 8 drop cable entries,2 Distribution cable entry and exit (picking)
Connection poiats SC/APC preconnectorized drops
DP box installation
Detailed step by step in structions for installation uncluded.

Securing to the pole using 2x20mm-3/4" pole bands.
Opening of the lock with the specific key.
prepare are feeder cable and pass it through the cable gland.

Place a grey neoprene sleeve from the accessories kit around the cable into the metallic fixing saddle.
Secure the metallic saddle around the cable outer sheath.

Secure the cable aramid yarms/FRP members to the dedicated fixing block.
opening of the feeder cable's splicing fiber at the black of the rotating tray.
Splice the fiber to the splitter trunk
Place back the neoprene mat protecting the splitter and the smoove screw the roating tray back in place.
Installation
Installation of 6-8mm preconnectorized drops.
Take a 5cm black sleeve from the accessories kit.
Pass it around the preconnectorized drop end.
Remove the neoprene plug and dispose it.
Insert the pre-connectorized drop into the DP Box.
Secure the black sleeve to the splicing point using 2 fixing ties from the kit,one installed on the inside,the other on the outside.
Branch the preconnectorized drop end to the midcoupler.
Installation of 4-5mm preconnectorized drops.
Remove the neoprene plug and insert the preconnectorized drop into the DP Box.
Shear off this meoprene plug to form a tightness sleeve.
Secure the sleeve plug around the drop using a fixing tie taken from the kit.
Push back the sleeve plug into the DP Box entry to insure tightness.
Branch the preconnectorized drop end to the midcoupler.

Close the box and lock it.
Remember
1.Fix the cable feeder outer sheath.
2.Fix the cable feeder strength members.
3.Tighten the cable gland around the feeder cable to insure water tightness.
4.Secure the frop cable entry to the sleeve using 2 ties for the 6-8mm drops
5.Secure the drop cable entry to the sleeve using a ties for the 4-5mm drops.
